Terms & Conditions for the High Quality Equipment Auction.
ON LINE TERMS: 2% Buyers Premium: On Equipment & Personal Property there is a 2% buyers premium added to all on-line successful winning bids. Balance due in full on or before July 14, 2026 by one of the accepted forms of payment. Accepted forms of payment are check, credit card (3.5 % convenience fee added to purchase for credit or debit card transactions) or wire transfer. State and local taxes will be applied to purchase unless tax exemption number is presented or on file.
ON SITE TERMS: Paid in full at the auction by cash or check (3.5 % convenience fee added to purchase for credit or debit card transactions). State and local taxes will be applied to purchase unless tax exemption number is presented or on file. All equipment and machinery sells on an “as is” “where is: basis. NO BUYERS PREMIUM for items bought in person. Announcements made day of sale take precedence over printed matter.
POSSESSION: Possession shall be granted upon receipt and verification of payment in full. All items that are not removed by 5:00 PM on July 9th will need to have special arrangements made by appointment only to arrange pick up time. Please call 812-452-3191 to make an appointment.
