PRIME FARMLAND AUCTION: Offering an exceptional opportunity to own approximately 100 ± acres of highly productive farmland in Posey County, Indiana. Featuring approximately 89 ± tillable acres, this property offers an excellent combination of income-producing farmland and recreational appeal.

The farm enjoys outstanding access with road frontage along both Ashford Road and Hollar Road, providing convenient entry for farming operations and future ownership.
